Come Sit a Spell

And who doesn't need an orange polka dotted witch's chair.  I finished up this pair for the Reclaimologust Extravaganza at Thanksgiving point this Saturday. 

I tried them out in our Halloween display at Treasures Antiques where I work. 

Both have a decopaged witch I found here at Graphic's Fairy. http://thegraphicsfairy.com/vintage-halloween-witch-chat-image/. This one got game letters ... 

And this one got painted letters ... 

Of course I love polkadots, and these chairs did not escape the treatment.  Happy haunting!!

Junked Treasures

I love it when people share their junking finds, so I thought I'd give it a try.

These mini chairs are actually small shelves ! 

Love this reprint of s vintage design 

The vintage foot pedal garbage can is a keeper!! 

And best of all I found  12 of these jars that fit my cubbies for $2 each at Cathie's (of fleattitude) yard sale!  I've had the cubbies for 5 years, and had found 3 of the rare smaller coffee jars that fit, so finding 12 of these cute vintage jars was practically miraculous!!

My Autumn dash Halloween Porch

Just thought I'd take a second and share my autumn, borderline Halloween porch decor! 

This is my second year for the stack of benches and pumpkins.  I still love them. 

Our witchy mannequin comes to hold court! 

My rusty spring wreath is wound with a strand of dollar store leaves!  This is the first year the door has been black!   Perfect as a backdrop!! 

And these two smiling fellows are doing the bird cage honors this year!
