Halloween Shadow Boxing Magic!

So, shall we peek in on my creative friends as they create?
Here Kim works  on her doll head shadow box. It was her craft choice this month, and they all turned out to be darling.
Trina works on hers, which she'll use as a photo frame ...

Shirley was speedy and finished first ...
How cute is this?
Margo is seen here with her shadow box for Halloween.
Shirley had made a cat head and pumpkin head and put the extra head to use as the rest finished up!!
Here's Trina's frame, can't you just imagine a picture of children in costume in the middle?
Marg's is crammed full of Halliween surprises!!
Kim says she'll add long spindle legs and hang hers on the wall!! How perfect. Please note the skeletal hands hanging from springs!!  Yes, I drilled the holes!  ( in case you were wondering what I was doing 😌

Jann fitted out a shadow box frame she had ...,
And says she plans to add more dimentional elements!  I think it's already aforable!!
And while these crafters were creating  Ann was mending (yes, she's awesome like that!) and Joanne and I were chatting!  Yep!  My crafting goodies are boxed up. To make room for my son's family to live here while I spend 18 months in Finland in a mission for our church!! (yeah)

Joanne's just not a fan of Halloween, though she does  look fabby dressed as a witch, just saying.
Here are the fun boxes, as cute, varied and magical as the talented women who made them. Thanks for hosting Jann!!

Touring Autumn Colors, at Jann's

I had so much fun at Jann's.
Her house is always fabulously decorated for the season or current holiday.
This Autumnal corner is so inviting.
She always has fun seasonal quilts!!
Of course we share a love for Mary Engelbright so I wasn't surprised to see Mary'sAutumn book tucked into this vignette.
Her cupboards and shelves have Autumn colors as well.
I love this mantel.
And her table scape too
Rolled up Autumn colored throws in an olive basket, how perfect is that??

As always it was delightful to wander and take in the lovely details of her warm and inviting home!! Thanks Jann!!

Fleaology Once More

My busy life .... Included our last Fleaology of the year last week!  I always love Stephanie's booth.
Here's my booth set up at Olson's Garden Shoppe, our new year round venue!
I loved these sweet berry baskets of vintage oranaments!
And large busts are always a favorite for me.
I also had lots of Lavendar glass.
C and S coop brought this fun old red nesting box with the galvanized roof!!
Saturday morning and here come the customers. This gal has some pretty classic finds
All the dealers have booths full of wonder!
My friend Keith's booth always manage to charm me.
How fun is this galvanized roofing back drop.
More of Keith's goodies.

Smalls to die for.
I thought this box of base balls was fun in Chuck's booth.

And Kimberly's rebound children's books are always fun. I got a Pokemon notebook for myself, with Pokemon cards for boards!!
I thought this antiques wicker table of Dianna's was super charming ... At the end if the day my friend Wendy carried it off triumphantly!

Jami of Jami Ray Vintage always has a trendy set up!!
I loved this cupboard.
We had a great day ,.. Nell and I were exhausted by the end of it, but once our booth was pulled down and loaded we felt a sense of accomplishment!!
