Tart Pan Ornaments

I think one of the things I like best about this time of year, perhaps second only to social gatherings, is fun holiday crafting.
Of course my favorite crafting involves reinvention, thus my blog name.

These ornaments started with patty pans, or tart pans as they are sometimes called.  I gathered some sweet old photos from Graphics Fairy, in sepia tones and black and white. I knew I wanted to use the ornaments on my silver and white decorated tree, so I thought these old photos would work best.  I had this great pleated trim, shown above left, and then used the flat silver garland to trim the photo.  Last of all I added a bit of old rhinestone jewelery to the base of each ornament.

I think they turned out to perfectly fit the etherial mood of my 'white' tree.  Thanks for coming by to check out my latest reinvention!
And here is hoping that you will have many hours of Happy Holiday Creating!!
